This policy explains how Seraphic handles the information you submit when you request a demo.
Information we collect
When you book a demo we collect your name, work email address, company website, the workflow you would like to automate, and, if you choose to provide it, a phone number. We also record the date and time slot you select.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to your enquiry, arrange and confirm your demo, and prepare a relevant demonstration. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Who can see it
Demo requests are visible only to the Seraphic team members who handle enquiries. Information shared with the systems in a project scope is governed by the agreement for that project.
Retention
We keep demo enquiries for as long as needed to respond to your request and to maintain a record of the conversation. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by replying to any message from the Seraphic team or by submitting a demo request with your instruction.
